MyTeacherAide Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the MyTeacherAide Affiliate Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for our Program, you must:

• Be a registered member of the MyTeacherAide community.

• Be at least 18 years old.

3. Referral Code

Upon joining the Program, you will be provided with a unique referral code. This code should only be shared with schools and educators in your community.

4. Rewards

For every school that signs up to MyTeacherAide using your unique code, you will receive a $200 Amazon Gift Card. The gift card will be sent to your registered email within 30 days of the referred school's successful registration.

5. Misuse

Any misuse of the referral code, including but not limited to, fraudulent sign-ups, will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any pending rewards.

6. Termination

MyTeacherAide reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Program for any reason, including breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Changes to the Program

MyTeacherAide may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or change the reward structure at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email.

8. Liability

MyTeacherAide will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hobart, Tasmania.
